Our Club was delighted to host the “Dolce Vita Challenge” at its sports facilities, an initiative that successfully combined the energy of tennis with the charm of great cinema, under the banner of solidarity and social participation. The event, organized in support of the association Io Stacco la Spina, featured a men’s and women’s singles rodeo tournament, limited to the 4.3 federal category, with the participation of 40 athletes from different sporting backgrounds. In an atmosphere of enthusiasm and fair play, the players competed on the Club’s courts, offering the public matches of high technical quality and great sportsmanship. In the men’s singles tournament, Lorenzo De Palo, a promising young player from our Club, prevailed by defeating Giacomo Prodon in the final. In the women’s singles tournament, victory went to the talented Chiara Filogari, born in 2010 and coming from Pisa, who overcame the more experienced Maria Pia Amori. To seal the bond between sport and culture, the winners received an exclusive invitation to the final evening of the Rome Film Festival, a symbolic recognition of the meeting between two worlds – sport and art – united by shared values of passion, dedication, and commitment. The award ceremony was enriched by the presence of the event’s patron, Gabriella Carlucci, representing The Arena Srl, Luca Clarens, President of Sport Vision Italy, Letizia Basile from the association Io Stacco la Spina, and Paolo Canto on behalf of the official sponsor Lemoncetto. With this initiative, our Club renews its commitment to promoting activities that bring together sport, culture, and solidarity, creating opportunities for connection and sharing in the spirit of the most authentic values of our community. The “Dolce Vita Challenge” therefore confirms itself not only as a successful event, but also as a concrete example of how sport can become a tool for inclusion, culture, and support for others.
